CLAPTONE AND FRIENDS TO HEADLINE THE TILT CARES HOLIDAY BALL AT THE BROOKLYN NAVY YARD IN NYC

NEW YORK – TILT Cares is excited to announce a one-night-only music ball to raise much needed funds for No Kid Hungry, an organization dedicated to helping end childhood hunger in the United States. Being held on December 2, 2023 at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, the party with a purpose will be headlined by Claptone and some friends TBA very soon.

“Well, honestly the inspiration for this show came about when I was reading the other day that 9 million children in the US are thought to come from homes that can’t feed their whole family, healthily. It saddened me to hear this and I felt like we had to do something! I racked my brain a bit, called some friends and pitched us all coming together to do something in the way we know how: through music,” said Claptone. “To ensure we make the impact we want, in time for the coldest part of the year, when things are toughest for families, all of my guests and I will play for free - absolutely nothing - and are asking TILT - the promoter of the show - to donate what would have been our fees as well as a percentage of ticket sales to No Kids Hungry. This is about us coming together and doing something for kids this season because no child deserves to go hungry.”

The TILT Cares Holiday Ball is the perfect way for Claptone to cap off an incredible year which saw him playing over 200 shows, including the 23-Saturday-night-strong residency of The Masquerade at Pacha in Ibiza. This was the artist’s biggest season on the island to date as he welcomed the likes of Fatboy Slim, Groove Armada, 2MANYDJS, Nora en Pure, Solardo, Pete Tong, WADE, HUGEL and world exclusive B2Bs with Purple Disco Machine. Spreading his infectious take on house music to fans around the globe, other highlights included sets at Green Valley (Brazil); Club Space (USA); Fabric (London); and festivals including Tomorrowland (Belgium); Neversea (Romania), Mysteryland (The Netherlands); EXIT (Serbia); Extrema Outdoor (Belgium). The Masquerade, Claptone’s event brand, continues to go full force with sold out shows in Tulum, Manchester, Miami, Frankfurt and more.

Tickets for the TILT Holiday Ball start at $20, with 70% of proceeds going directly to No Kid Hungry. The more we can raise together, the more kids we can help.
